I offer flexible support — retained for regular advisory sessions, ad-hoc work or project-based depending on your needs. I bring an independent perspective, a coaching led approach, deep senior HR experience and a commercial mindset to help you navigate challenges, create clarity and strengthen organisational capability.
I also work with businesses pre- and post-transaction in the M&A context, drawing on experience across PE-backed, VC-funded and investment-ready companies. This is about supporting leaders to manage and market a high performing business, working on organisation design, leadership communication and culture alignment to support a smooth transition that delivers on the value case.
For People Directors without the specialist resources of a Centre of Expertise, I can also step in to design of OD, leadership development and talent initiatives and work alongside you through the stakeholder and launch phases.
